Cancel Testimony
Clients can cancel a testimony only when it’s in the pending state. A future feature will allow experts to cancel an accepted testimony, reverting it to pending.

204 No Content
The testimony is successfully transitioned to cancelled state. To verify:
- Show the testimony to confirm
